Hola! I’m Jamie, a holistic mama sharing our family’s journey to be WILDLY WELL.
My own healing journey began during my battle with cancer, when I realized that so much of what harms us comes from living out of alignment with our true nature—how we eat, how we move, the way we live, how we handle stress, our toxic exposure, and how we interact with our environment. This insight ignited a passion to learn everything I could about wellness and helping others live their best lives through abundant health.
So I became a P.E. teacher to be the change, and I LOVED helping kids connect with their bodies through movement and play, teaching them about mindfulness and nourishing foods, and the importance of getting outside. But I realized something important: if we want our kids to thrive, we have to start with ourselves.

As moms, we set the tone for our families. Our kids are always watching—not just hearing what we say, but seeing how we live. They learn how to care for themselves by watching us care for ourselves.
But let's be real, sometimes it feels like there's never enough time for ourselves—between balancing work, school, extracurricular activities, and everything else, it can be hard to find time for self-care. You might feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting health advice out there, or that you're always running on empty. I get it, I’ve been there too.
That’s why I created Wildly Well—to help moms feel their best, reconnect with their true nature, and simplify wellness. I’ve spent years learning through my experiences, certifications, and now mamahood, and I continue learning every single day.
